Pros

Very well paid with very good benefits. This is a very good way to retain people (because we would almost all leave)

Cons

Can't do what we are paid for as there is always someone at the Head Office in London who will suddenly appear out of nowhere with an objection. How this company can be profitable is beyond my understanding. We are shoveling clouds...
