Pros

Relatively flat hierarchy in the company, it is easy to raise concerns or issues with higher management directly. Allows for all employees' voices to be heard. Work-life balance is well advocated too, with good employee benefits.

Cons

Constant changes to structure and jobs, leading to uncertainty and difficulty (temporarily) in adapting and performing within current roles.

Pros

Employee with high degree of skills and environment with many challenges. You need to be competitive and be in the same degree.

Cons

It's a nice company. There are a lot of advantages however the date of starting is a little fix. It cold be better.
