Pros

Some nice people, beautiful scenery

Cons

Only move forward if your in the purple circle, leadership is not supportive unless your a mate and male, don't dare speak up or you'll have a target on your back, claim to support women but only if you know your place, will only move forward as a woman if you're leadership is a woman, put men into leadership roles due to time in company rather than leadership ability. Join the union or you'll get bullied

Pros

Great pay, bonus and benefits.

Cons

Not being able to work with the people that we are working for. Administration stuck in a separate building away from the crews. The feeling of disconnection was apparent for most of us.
