      Flexibility, Opportunities, Great reward package & benefits. Some great people, have made many friends through work, have had travel opportunities, have learned a great deal from some great leaders

      Cons

      Current cost constraints are cause for high charged political atmosphere, job losses and quality losses of leadership. Lots of talent leaving the business.
