      Pros

      Process oriented, direction and big safety focus. World wide recognized, so any employer would know who did you work for. Payment is fair for the market, generous annual leave.

      Cons

      Leadership a bit lost.. promotion is not always based on merits but on how close you are to the decision makers. Heaps of red tape and bureaucracy (as many big companies I guess) ..

      Very safe, interesting and challenging. Excellent feeling of working in a friendly environment. Good holiday and sick pay. Family friendly FIFO rosters.

      Cons

      Every thing takes a long time to happen.
