Pros

Employees have vast opportunities to grow and develop through secondments/ exchange programs. Vast talent pool allows for an exchange of ideas and best practice.

Cons

Some processes are restrictive more than helpful and this can be frustrating.

Pros

Good pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Terrible culture. Leaders in the organization are either too soft or try to be too hard. No alignment between departments. You have a few good people doing great things and the promotions are given to the people who "talk" the best game. If you are not an engineer, you will likely not see a big promotion.
