      Salary and benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Management has very little knowledge of how operation and maintenance work. Very hard to get anywhere is you don't speak french. Poor management for almost all major projects. Little to no support when it comes to career development for younger engineers. Very hard to keep young people here.
