      Salary and some benefits are above average;

      Cons

      Their values is nice on the paper, but horrible in action. Inclusion and diversity, wellbeing, relationship with communities, etc are just for marketing purposes to the outside world. HR department is the worst and makes employees lives measurable. No respect to employees as human being. Lots of dishonest, connected, unqualified mid to senior level managers. They ask employees to speak up and they punish those who speak up brutally.
