Pros

Great coworkers Benefits AHS systems are the future Meet some awesome people Chilled site - not too many ego people around

Cons

Lack of support and resources Colleagues on higher wages although performing same role, when bought up wasnt even actioned. Diversity at all cost = resulting in others suitably qualified being overlooked to "tick a box" with people who have no clue or experience in-role. Politics and nepotism rife Suppose to present as a Leader" but treated as previous entry level position. Pay rate lower than competitors.
