      Great co-workers, horrible leadership

      Pros

      Colleagues (from Analyst to Senior Consultant) are really great, happy to jump in on anything, teach you what to do and help you grow. All are interesting / interested friendly people, who really believe the company's values (even if the company itself does not believe in these values).

      Cons

      Leadership feedback is contradictory, not helpful, not constructive and always quite pointed towards you. Goalposts constantly shift and communication breakdowns are always on the employee, never leadership. Upwards feedback is not acted upon. Previous comments are a good representation of the current working environment, with high turnover of 30-50% being a major red flag.

      Pros

      The company has good benefits. This is the only positive.

      Cons

      Read the reviews that show the many cons. They are factual. Turnover is alarming. Seems to be bleeding talent now. Facing significant challenges. The earlier comments on being an offshoot or proxy of BCG are accurate. Lower pay for unsupportive culture. Sells the opportunity as a better place to work because they use "empathy" with clients and work with human centered design. Nothing new. Say they want to take projects that impact peoples' lives for the better. That may have been the case early on. It seems that has been dropped. Would not recommend for employment.
