Rios partners has a great work-life balance culture. Your managers and co-workers are very respectful of your boundaries and prior commitments during the work day.

Cons

Hard work is not rewarded with early promotions, visibility into your next project/current project timeline, or with ad hoc bonuses. There are no incentives to work harder at your job.
