      The benefits used to be good. However, they are in process of undoing that.

      Cons

      If you don't want to be on a sinking ship, please don't join this mess. HR is completely a joke here. There is alot of focus on appearing to do right by employees, rather than actually doing so. In line with the rest of the comments here, favoritism will determine your ability to retain your job above anything else with senior leadership.

      A-SC are great people to work with

      Leadership needs to significantly improve in their roles. They constantly hire and fire people, failing to practice what they preach. The company operates like a sinking ship, and if they continue down this path, I don’t see them thriving in the next three years—let alone surviving beyond five to seven years. If you have other options, take them; as other reviews suggest, they will use you and discard you.
