Pros

You get to work with some really awesome people, passionate about what they are doing The culture is the best part about the company, though some who have lost their ambition are able to stick around for longer than they should Feedback is open, but sometimes ignored

Cons

Work-life balance is really hard to have on some teams The pay is really bad, some people are being extremely underpaid in exchange for culture High turnover due to these issues

Pros

Friendly colleagues, incredible experiences to work on tech, attend tech related events, fun way to grow your skills

Cons

Long hours, extremely underpaid, revolving door of employees. the 'weird doll' room meant someone was getting fired and it happened frequently since they pull talent in from many different states. Wages in testing field cannot support housing, crappy traffic if you dont live nearby

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

Very poor management with lots of red tape to go through to get anything done. Growth opportunities are few and far between.
