      People are generally nice, smart. Organization structure generally flat. Most people have a fair amount of freedom to do their job the best way they see fit, even if it's a little misaligned with their job title

      Cons

      It is extremely difficult to implement change and foster alignment as there are too many cooks in the kitchen and too many good ideals, capable people. Lacks the balance of leadership and vision on a lot of teams.
