Nobody is untouchable at Riot. There hasn't been a single person in the company who hasn't been approachable to learn more from or discuss big issues. It's easily my favorite part of the company.

Cons

Things are always changing at Riot which can be a turn off to some people, but I think that is one of the great challenges there.
