Evrything. Highly unrealistic expectations. Apparently they assume the money they're paying is gonna turn you into a machine and you'll be doing magic while working. You're expected to be the jack of all trades with minimal or no training. Management is the mother of mother in law's. They critique with passion despite what you do. No amount of hours put into work will be enough, it's always less and much below expectations. This place is Micromanagers heaven. Be ready to have a one on one every half an hour you're working. I guess they it's time they reveal their attrition rate.
