It has areas for improvement like any product, but the ambition is second to none. -The people: You will be surrounded by incredibly talented people in every department, and they will teach you to step up your game. -The scope: The company is expanding in every dimension at once, which means there's always something to do and an opportunity to build a new process.

Cons

Rippling is not for everyone. The pace is unlike what you would expect for a company this size, and it's impossible to "coast." You will be challenged, but you will also have the opportunity to build things from scratch, make a name for yourself, and take your career to the next level. If you're looking for a job where everything is the same month after month, year after year, this is not it. But if you are ready to hone your skills and open up new career possibilities, Rippling gives you so many opportunities to level up. You can be successful while maintaining work-life balance, but it's a more concerted effort than you'll find at less ambitious startups or established "slow and steady" companies.
