Pros

I have never worked at a company where 99% of the people I work with are at the absolute top of their game. People are passionate, hardworking and deeply believe in the company’s mission. Exec team is very transparent and available to EEs, high employee buy-in where everyone feels like they’re on the same ship rowing the same direction.

Cons

As other reviews state, this is not a “chill” place to work. If you’re looking for a place where you can pretend to move your mouse around between 10-4pm to look like you're online to pass the day, this is not it.

Pros

I've been working here for almost 4 years, and there have been no massive layoffs—this is HUGE. My previous employer was similar to Rippling, and it seemed that there were layoffs every 6 months. The pay is well above average, and as a remote employee, you are provided with a yearly budget to improve your home office environment. The company also provides great career opportunities; for instance; my second year at Rippling, I completed a graduate degree, and I was able to start in a department related to my field, even though I was a new grad.

Cons

I had to think really hard about the cons, mostly because they are more related to my remote position than to Rippling itself. While being remote provides excellent flexibility, there are also challenges with the lack of face-to-face interaction and feelings of isolation among team members. Nonetheless, management has been responsive to feedback and has implemented remote social gatherings and team offsite events.

Pros

Innovative Culture: Rippling fosters an innovative and fast-paced environment where new ideas are encouraged and often implemented. The company has grown to a significant scale, but there continues to be new initiatives that feel like a startup within a startup. Career Growth: There are plenty of opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Competitive Pay: Rippling offers competitive salaries, which also helps us hire some of the best talent!

Cons

Rapid Growth Challenges: With the company's rapid growth, sometimes processes and communication can be a bit disorganized. High Expectations: The fast-paced environment can be demanding, and the high expectations might not be for everyone. Work Life Balance: Work Life Balance likely varies depending on the team that you are on & where you worked previously. Personally coming from professional services, I do not think that the work life balance is too extreme, but I also acknowledge that you'll work more here than some other jobs in the industry.
