Pros

PS - This is my experience and I speak for myself. I know close to 10 people out of my team good enought to know what they think about Rippling - so this review should not be reflective of how the company treats every employee or most of us! No-Nonsense Environment: At Rippling, the focus is on getting the job done right. It’s about identifying problems, fixing them, and constantly improving. There’s no fluff—just hard work, learning from mistakes, and moving forward. Recognition of Effort: Rippling genuinely appreciates hard work. When I went above and beyond, my efforts were noticed—one of my emails even reached the director of my department, leading to a personal call where my contributions were recognized. If you put in the effort, you’ll be seen and appreciated. Constant Learning Opportunities: Mistakes cost money in a startup, whether it's churn or refunds. At Rippling, every setback is a chance to reflect, learn, and figure out how to do better next time. The focus is on continuous improvement, ensuring that each experience enhances your ability to save deals and deliver results. Room to Fail and Grow: I’ve always been encouraged to fail forward. Missing details or communication isn’t met with blame, but with constructive feedback on how I can improve. Rippling fosters a growth mindset, where there’s always room to get better and push yourself to succeed.

Cons

WFH - No flexibility around remote working! There's a 4-week limit on our work-from-anywhere policy (which is still better than a lot of places) but occasional (once/twice a year) extensions can help incredibly!
