      If you want to work at a driven, fast paced company that’s going to do well, Rippling is it. Rippling is one of the few real rocketship, pre IPO companies left.

      Cons

      If it’s a rocketship, it means things move quickly - you need to be flexible and expect to work hard as you’ll be left behind if you don’t.
