      Pros: Work Culture: have been working with a great team that keeps the working environment positive. The managers are extremely responsive to your problems and are very empathetic towards you. Culturally, we manage the time-zone difference well by establishing a great process of asynchronous communication Quality of Working: Rippling having so many products always gives you the freedom to work on what you want. The projects here are very interesting and would keep feeding your needs for novelty & challenge on a day to day basis. Good Benefits: provides good benefits in the form of competitive salary, equity, health insurance etc. Learning Curve & Growth Opportunities: since this is an extremely fast growing organisation, there is a lot of learning that happens and that too at a rapid pace. Every individual here can choose a path to grow and they are supported in all ways to realise that

      The usual problems associated with an organisation moving at light speed: Sometimes situations can be overwhelming which may require everyone as a team to step up and put in the extra miles Lack of structure to what we do was prevalent at early stages but things have improved significantly The mandatory three days of in-office work each week: while it fosters great team interactions, it should be on a need to basis. Having teams split across geographies, with collaborations expected across geographies, this policy may not be effective for everyone.
