There are constantly new products and functionality being rolled out, so you're always learning about new tools and have more and more products you can sell. You also get the chance to work with lots of different personas - HR, IT, Finance, etc. It is easy for any sales job to start to feel monotonous after a while because it's the same pitch, same product, same persona, etc. This is not the case here. Amazing Product: This product is truly game-changing for companies. I have had countless comments along the lines of " This would save me so much time" or my favorite, "This is witchcraft". It's incredibly rewarding to know you are representing a product that helps people. People: I love the people I work with from my peers up to senior leadership. Career: Having Rippling on your resume will fast-track your career and open doors for your future. Showing that you are successful at selling such a robust product is hugely valuable to any future employer.
