      Their platform is head and shoulders above competitors regarding ease of use and automation. With its current trajectory and innovation, this company will IPO. You'll work with mostly exceptional people who are smart and driven. The company is quick to innovate and iterate its products. Good tech stack for employees Defined path for advancing within the company

      Lack of work-life balance Inconsistency with directives from different leaders in the same org Burnout across multiple departments Subpar health benefits and no 401k match Success is largely dependent on who your manager is Cross-functional counterparts are often overworked and overloaded

      Great product, leadership very driven to serve customers, fast paced creation, get to work with high caliber performing colleagues. Learn a ton given high productivity of the company. Get to see your work put into action quickly. Smart, fun people and culture.

      Cons

      Pace and culture of direct feedback is not for everyone. Works for those with a growth mindset and who want to work with other high performers. Not a great place for those who don't want to progress or be challenged to do more/better.
