      Pros

      - Getting to work with A players from across the spectrum - Excellent onboarding program for new joiners to get acclimated to the organisation and culture - I see enough growth opportunities provided for A players - Amazing systems in place for a stellar process, and people's growth - Open workspace where you get to collaborate and learn from across the teams

      Cons

      - Time to Value is absolutely important; however, folks sometimes need to settle in during the onboarding phase, and the expectations set can be overwhelming. We need to rethink how success is defined in onboarding today. - Learning is different for different people. Some learn via communicating with other people, and some learn via watching videos async. If this can be accommodated, the ability for more folks to come out swinging and start performing can be exponentially higher than what it is today.
