Wonderful culture, wonderful product!
Pros
The rippling product is fantastic, the value of the product is clear from the minute you look at what Rippling can do - the return on investment for HR leaders right through to Finance, IT and Senior business leaders is phenomenal. In terms of culture Rippling has over the last 6 months really reset on what good culture should look like. On my first day I was extremely relieved to walk out onto a buzzy floor with a great energy. I am lucky to say I have the most incredible team to manage - they are smart, wonderful humans who work hard but also have fun! The new Head of EMEA - Wendy Harris is a fantastic people leader who has done great work in bringing the EMEA team together to feel like one big team with a clear vision for what we want to create over the next few years.
Cons
I really feel like I am a key contributor to the success of Rippling in EMEA which means I feel the pressure to not only manage my team but also to throw myself into the strategic projects that will lead us to success, if you are someone who doesn't want to do anything outside of your core role this may not be the place for you! This is not necessarily a con but rather a warning that we work hard here but the pay off will be huge!
