The people are great. The compensation, food and travel benefits are, much above the industry standard. The managers are great and feel like they are part of the team, not above it

Cons

The work hours may occasionally be high during certain periods of the year. But the culture is never toxic and people are understanding

- Ample opportunity for technical and career growth. - Scope of ownership for people who like to own their tasks end to end. - Competitive base salary and RSUs. - You see your work make a difference fairly quickly. - Most transparent and fair exec team I've come across.

Cons

- Some teams might have WLB issues based on what stage their product is on. - Self starters are appreciated, so people needing a lot of hand holding might face some difficulty in the start.
