      - Great cash compensation - Strong brand name in SF / the Valley - Potential hyper growth trajectory (challenged in 2023) - Compelling product for SMB - Some very talented colleagues - Opportunity if you aspire to be a sycophantic SAAS robot

      Cons

      - Most under tremendous workload / burnout is rampant - Senior leadership does not trust ICs, causing everyone to look over their shoulders constantly and point fingers - Employees regularly let go without explanation even when goals are hit - Lots of bugs in product - Poor benefits offerings - Low RSUs, sky high valuation

      - Company gives you the responsibility you'd want to achieve the career growth goals - Good company growth so you really feel the stability here - Good support from your managers (unblocking problems and morale support) - Company goals are VERY clear and it's easy for everyone to focus on the outcome we are looking to achieve

      Cons

      - Need to be OK operating with ambiguity and being asked to support a lot of different teams - Long working hours if you don't set boundaries - Benefits are still what you'd expect at a Series A or B startup ("Cheapness" is often hidden under the call for "Frugality")
