Good money. Product is solid. Good company to have on your resume

Cons

This company has sucked the life out of me and everyone around me. Extremely toxic management and leadership, constant fear put on the teams. Zero job security and churn and burn reps. Stay far away, average rep life here is under 18 months. It really depends on the team your on, but I have not met a rep here that isn’t truly burnt out, regardless of team.

This company has a ton of potential. The idea of an entire suite of HR software built on top of a common data platform is immensely useful. In today's push to have an AI story for everything, Rippling definitely has an advantage.

Cons

This place is chaotic. Their idea of feature planning is just pushing imperatives from top down across the company. Kind of impressed company of this size can pivot constantly. Tech stack is a mess. No one has time to really fix it due to the non stop onslaught of the next greatest thing you have to build.
