Expert Leadership: Management has an impressive, deep knowledge of the international markets they manage. Supportive Onboarding: My manager consistently goes beyond the scheduled 1:1 time to ensure I understand the "company way" and the nuances of the business. Constructive Environment: You are encouraged and challenged to think critically about the path forward.

Cons

Because the company is growing so fast, it requires extreme agility from everyone. The biggest challenge is ensuring we stay focused on the 'right' priorities and readapt our processes quickly enough to keep surfing this high-performance wave.
