      Fast moving environment where you can learn a lot. Great growth opportunities, unlike many other tech companies these years

      Cons

      No benefits matching (bike to work, pension, etc), very American in that way and disappointing - but growth opportunities and general culture make up for it luckily

      - Fast-paced growth - lots of opportunities to grow and be a part of the growth at the company. - Collaboration is strong - leaders and colleagues are willing to lean in and help each other, whether to support projects or problem-solve when it comes to hiring. - Compensation and equity are pretty great, and the performance culture here can be rewarding at the end of the year. - Great team of people to work with, such a wealth of knowledge.
