All I can say is that Rippling is a phenomenal journey. To say the pace here is fast is an understatement. It's a high-speed, high-growth environment where you're constantly challenged to adapt and innovate. There are definitely moments where it feels like everything is moving at 100 mph, and the challenges seem immense. But that’s precisely what makes this team so special. I am constantly in awe of the people I work with. Just when you think things are "out of hand," this amazing team comes together with incredible focus, resilience, and a powerful spirit of collaboration to not just manage, but to excel and pull off outstanding results. It’s a privilege to work in such an environment, and the organization empowers us with all the tools and autonomy we need to succeed. I am incredibly happy and proud of this 2-year journey. I genuinely feel that Rippling is the place to be. From the strategic guidance from management to the daily dedication of my direct reports, it is an absolute honor to be part of this team and organization. I'm deeply grateful for all the help, mentorship, and camaraderie I've received from everyone. Thank you all for making this such a rewarding experience!

It's a high-speed, high-growth environment where you're constantly challenged to adapt and innovate. Not everyone is prepared to keep up the pace of events, and so I am sure this point might be the least positive for many. However, I'm not complaining.
