      Worst company for India HR

      Nothing apart from pay package

      Cons

      There is a long long list. It’s a company with purely hire and fire work environment. It’s more of US dominated culture. Recruiters in India won’t be valued. The new TA leadership team is the worst. People are not understanding at all. Join here at your own risk. The work environment is so negative. Being jobless is better than working here as a slave

      Pros

      Great product. Add new features and functionality constantly. Most customers love it.

      Cons

      Expect to work 10-12 hours to hit quota with dozens of new changes every week. Tons of Salesforce admin work to keep up with leadership asks. No control over calendar. Hard to take lunch breaks or leave your desk for the full 8 hours before embarking on your admin for the evening.
