Pros

1) Pay is good compared to other similar companies. 2) Growth within the firm is quick and they recognize good talent. 3) A great place to learn the ropes of how to enhance your own abilities and learn new ones. 4) We are not fearful of failure, we embrace it and then make ourselves more resilient to it.

Cons

1) Lack of guidance in the initial phases. 2) Unnecessary pressure that makes one question their ability.

Pros

Great technical challenges - building unified systems across HR/IT/payroll domains with complex data relationships. The product surface area is very interesting - you're working on everything from identity management to compliance reporting to benefits administration, all within one platform. Strong engineering autonomy with minimal bureaucracy. Team owns services end-to-enad. Rapid growth means constantly evolving architecture and scaling problems to solve. Excellent engineering talent and good collaboration across teams. Clear career progression paths. Competitive comp and equity upside.

Cons

Fast pace means some technical debt accumulation. On-call can be demanding given the critical nature of HRIS/Payroll systems. Frequent change as we scale quickly.

Pros

Working at Rippling as an EOR EMEA Regional Manager has been one of the most energizing and rewarding career experiences of my life. From day one, I’ve been trusted with meaningful responsibilities that have a real impact on our customers and global operations. The pace is fast (in the best way possible), which means there’s constant opportunity to learn, stretch, and develop new skills. What sets Rippling apart is the combination of cutting-edge technology, a collaborative, agile culture with wonderful people to work with and the freedom to take ownership. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and open to feedback, which creates a genuine sense of trust and alignment. The EOR business is expanding rapidly, and being at the forefront of scaling is both challenging and deeply fulfilling. The international nature of the role means you’re working with incredibly talented colleagues from all over the world, giving you exposure to different markets, regulations, and business cultures. There’s a great balance of autonomy and support, and the tools we use make complex cross-border operations surprisingly smooth.

Cons

This is not the place for someone who wants a slow, steady routine. Things move fast, priorities shift, and you need to be comfortable adapting quickly. But for those who thrive on change, it’s exciting rather than stressful.
