Cons

Most meetings end up unproductive, due to distraction of fixing typos on agendas. WC is heavily relied on brokerage handling, making the position hollow. Get ready for demanding emails sent 24 hours a day including weekends.

- Truly an unparalleled product in this space. - Extremely innovative and always looking to improve current products. - Leadership has an amazing vision. - Fair compensation - Tons of growth opportunity - Amazing people to work with. Everyone goes above and beyond to support employees. That goes for both leadership and my counterparts.

Cons

- It is a very steep learning curve to understand the product. - While the innovation and consistent product launches are great for the business, it can be challenging for new hires to grasp. - Growing quickly so process changes are frequent (but not overbearing).

None. Just another start-up that will burn you to the ground.

Cons

No manager support. You are left on your own to tackle projects beyond your experience level. Extremely chaotic environment with minimal opportunities for growth. Lack of culture. In retrospect, I wished I hadn't given up so much of my life for a company that could care less about employee career development and well being.
