      *company cares about their employees, even sent everyone a Christmas gift, does bonus incentive programs, offers overtime but typically not required *room for internal growth *remote *pays well

      Cons

      *I don’t have any cons for this company, only con about the role is customers can be rude but that just comes with the job. And there are nice customers too!

      no work life balance company does nothing to prevent burn-out, it's a norm to work 12+ hour days a lot of people are leaving underwhelming benefits

      There's always something new that keeps you on your toes. Managers seem to care and understand what your work looks like - very people friendly. It's exciting to be part of a company that's a start up - I know what it means now.

      Cons

      Things move fast so you are always on your toes. Can be hard to keep up. There's seasonal peaks so you know when the dread is coming - tough but doable if proactive.
