      Pros

      Good product clarity. Strong design team. Strong early engineers.

      Cons

      Not a great company for senior engineers. Growth path for senior engineers not very clear. No decision makers in the India team. Unless you are loud and make a lot of noise, no-one from the US team would be able to hear you. Becomes difficult to make an impact/impression that way.

      - Although the pay seems competitve, but if you consider pay/hour, it's not at all competitve. - Really Bad Work life Balance - Work is not at all technically challenging.

      Amazing team and leadership that is building a product that works magic. Transparent leadership and decisions. Open feedback. Fast adaptation and solutions to holes in product and processes. Everyone helps out with work, even if it is not yours to do. True companywide teamwork and support. Consistent positive feedback from existing customers referring colleagues, friends and family to look at evaluating Rippling.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can sometimes be challenging. Process documentation can use improvement, like with any fast growing start-up.
