Pros

The product is amazing and does what it's supposed to. I've been around the block in this space which gives me a different prospective on the product but I'm still in awe and the level of proactiveness built in. So many happy customers. The leadership at all levels is top notch. The opportunity to learn and grow is up for the taking. The culture has been built in a manner where you can give real genuine feedback to someone or on something and it 'll be viewed as legit learning opp - People don't get defensive - this is extremely hard to get down. Employees are not micromanaged nor scape goated. It's all 100 percent authentic - everyone's a real homie!

Cons

We are growing rapidly - with that comes desk moves and running low on snacks quicker. It also comes with needing to hustle. If you are not comfortable with process gaps and continuous change then you could potentially find it difficult. On that note, we are actively working to close gaps, everyone is empowered, and everyone on this team is extremely helpful.

Pros

1. Our product actually works! As someone who has been customer facing at SaaS companies for many years, it is so refreshing to have a product that customers love and that consistently works. Beyond that, I've never worked with such a sharp and quick moving engineering team. 2. Office culture is transparent, lively, and genuinely helpful. No question is off limits, no person is off limits. If you need help, someone will stop and work with you. 3. Leadership has a clear set of goals and missions, everyone in the office works towards them together. Days are long and there is a lot of work to be done, but I love coming into the office each day because we're working towards a common goal.

Cons

Like any startup, training is limited and management is spread thin. We're constantly working to fix that - which is more than many other companies are doing!

Pros

Amazing place to work. After having worked for a number of other startups I can definitely say that Rippling is doing things right! The product is such a differentiator in the space since nobody incorporates HR/IT through a single system of record. Sales reps get a ton of inbound lead flow, which is amazing. Days are busy and long, but it's action packed and very fast paced. Executive leadership team is stellar, as is the rest of management and individual contributors. Everybody loves what they do, the problems we help businesses solve, and who they do it with. It's a blast in general.

Cons

The only negative I could think of is work life balance, but I think this is to be expected when you join a fast growing startup. I work long hours, but I genuinely enjoy coming into work every single day.
