Pros
- Interesting that everyone in the company learns the system - Deliveroo (although the amount needs to be increased with the costs of city centre food)
Cons
- Culture of micro-management - Recruiter never made me aware of the likes of in-office anchor days (3) with no flexibility (and tracked) - Promises about role at recruitment stage were not fulfilled. Managers can change when you onboard and you can be with a manager you have never met at the interview stage. - Many people very happy to work around the clock rather than distribute work - Slow and laborious onboarding, long days reading through material with no engagement with manager or team - Complaint culture / passing the buck - too many times someone you've never interacted with is on your case with an out of context complaint - Not great facilities for a tech company - Engineers looking after too much and seem to be understaffed, puts pressure on the rest of the company
