      Toxic culture and poor management overshadow pay

      Pay - that's it for "pro" category.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, horrible management, zero training and rampant ageism. STAY AWAY. I worked 12-15 hour days, met with constant criticism and shifting goals that were only applied to a few. Extreme daily stress due to lack of training, corporate entity with inflated success reporting, cursing and crass CEO. No 401k match, horrible benefits, masquerading as "start up".

      Good money. Product is solid. Good company to have on your resume

      Cons

      This company has sucked the life out of me and everyone around me. Extremely toxic management and leadership, constant fear put on the teams. Zero job security and churn and burn reps. Stay far away, average rep life here is under 18 months. It really depends on the team your on, but I have not met a rep here that isn’t truly burnt out, regardless of team.
