Fast-paced, intriguing product direction, growing customer base

Cons

Little clarity on product gaps and how to position product appropriately. Managers were too busy to support during ramp or otherwise. This absence was felt on both sides and didn't create an environment for true coaching or success. Ended up being a cut throat environment that didn't lend to growth or development.

You are a cog in the machine, extremely high goals, no track for promos/growth, no work/life balance, benefits and comp not competitive, frugal/cheap with their employees
