Pros
Personally, I've had a really great experience working at Rippling as an Office Coordinator. -I'm compensated well for living in Texas. -Great transparency from leadership, they are very straightforward and don't beat around the bush. -The folks who work in the ATX office are great! You get to work with really smart, kind people. Great people and great product. -Very fast paced, which I enjoy. You hit the ground running early and are able to make an impact soon after! -Lunch when you're in the office is the BIGGEST pro! :)
Cons
Downsides are normal in any role. -As an hourly employee, PTO and sick accrual feel really slow when you first start. -No 401K match at this moment feels frustrating, but understandable.
