Super fast paced environment and they reward high performers. The bar for excellence is really high and everyone you work with is very smart. I definitely feel challenged here since there is always a new problem to solve. While they require employees close enough to the office to come in 2-3 times a week, they provide food and snacks. The org really does care about what the employees think. They implemented many changes from the employee engagement survey - creating the Team Lead role being one of them in response to employees wanting more career development opportunities.
