Fun... but is it worth it?

Employees are knowledgeable and great to work with. Everyone is passionate about what they do. Health benefits are great. Most managers are flexible and down to earth.

Cons

Executive team does not listen to managers or employees. Decisions are made from the top down with no advice from the rest of the company. Employees are excepted to have a skill set far above their pay-grade.
