Pros

Fantastic coworkers who are all invested in the lives of the people Rise serves. Very kind and accessible leadership who are on the forefront of disability services and working to advance the sector. They also have such a strong track record of success, supporting people to find jobs and keep them!

Cons

Pay can be low for certain positions, however this is a governmental funding issue and Rise is on the higher end for the industry.
