Awful company to work for

Pros

Schedule, PTO, Location, Blank, Blank

Cons

The drama there is unbearable most days. Management is really lacking, almost non existent most days. Different set of rules for different people, which creates animosity amongst staff. Low pay means they get low quality staff, and it's a revolving door there when it comes to hiring staff. I was asked by a family member if she should apply there because she's looking for a job. I told her no, I care about her so I couldn't recommend it.

Pros

Sense of satisfaction that you’re making a difference in people’s lives Professional Respectful Good Benefits (PTO, 401k and 90% company covered medical insurance) Flexible

Cons

Due to funding, the pay in many difficult positions is not what it should be. This seems to be the case in other organizations like Rise.
