      Great work-life balance Management is better than I've ever experienced elsewhere Flexibility within the company is great, always opportunities for growth Mental health and wellbeing of employees is high priority Building connections with persons served and coworkers at SET sites is great PTO and insurance benefits are top notch!! Seeing the growth and progress of persons served that I've had a hand in is very fulfilling

      Not a con of the company itself, but we are funded through grants and the government so that can cause some restraints on wages. Rise does a wonderful job at making sure they take care of their employees, I have no complaints!
