Pros

CEOS friendly. Everyone else tries to be like them. Location is good but that means people go out all the time

Cons

Recruit from grad days so it’s like being at uni. Massive drink and who knows what culture. When someone leaves because they don’t like the bullying/lad culture your manager will tell you they have no drive or purpose and are bad people. Swearing round the office is disgusting. Most managers are dating in the office so you can’t trust anyone. Constant promises of new offices which don’t happen. I’ve seen very good, hardworking people leave mainly women because this isn’t a professional space. When people leave you aren’t allowed to congratulate them they are nothing but a failure and the lad culture jumps on this and is horrible about people. Directors will make recruiters justify every step of their action but infront of people in a lad way again lad bully culture People recruited on how much waffle they can chat in interviews and not any skill or drive. The only successful people at rise those directly involved with the family. That’s it. Also found the no uniform policy meant one girl would walk round with her knickers hanging out

Pros

Learnt how to use new software Bear in mind that any negative review that’s on here they try to deny. And not take accountability, I 100% worked here and if you do the same will experience the same

Cons

- make you use PTO for a family member who’s passed away. ( company policy apparently ) - how is your office in Brickell and you don’t give any kind of parking and are not lenient of Miami traffic in any way ( manager has no clue about Miami traffic because they scooter to work) - from pretty much day one you will be working the job and even your performance will be analyzed even as an associate. They won’t fail to mention that your ‘ underperforming’ even though your learning the job. I was expected to go home and ‘ resource’ and ‘ learn the 200page recruiting manual’ in which i was reminded daily I would be tested🤣 if you don’t repeat it exactly how it is in the manual you will fail. ( by the way you are actively doing the job , cold calling , getting clients) - when your manager isn’t worried about dealing with his own clients, he will check in and if you manage to get a client instead of trusting your judgement he will then call them back and ask them all of the same questions that you have just asked them. Why give me the job if you’re going to micromanage everything. - the setting is weird one tiny office with no other associates or nothing - you will hear the same words every single day to the point it’s not even motivating. They talk about having a ‘ winners mindset’ and knowing your ‘ long term goals’ every single day. Repeating the same words. - even when managers aren’t in, you will go in to the office alone and have meeting with the UK team🤣 - awful company, I’ve since moved on and the difference between a good company and bad company operating in the United States is so so clear. - make false promises about where the company is going. There’s a reason that in a year and a half they’ve barely grown or can’t keep employees.
