Pros
Sadly there is not much positive to say, pay is ok although they do not give raises or have to given a raise to people in this office for 5 years
Cons
Poor communication, expectations are extremely high which isn't a bad thing but they do not give you the tools to succeed. Team work is non existent between other offices and departments, everybody is out for themselves.
