RiskIQ is a fast growth company with a solid vision to fill a huge gap in security and continues to develop a strong team to execute. The recipe for success is really smart, passionate people who hyper focus on innovation that delivers for customers.

Cons

The passion here can be overwhelming at times which threatens the work life balance.

Pros

Company is growing like crazy. Amazing market opportunity. Great growth and potential means lots of opportunities for individuals to excel and grow. List of customers is a "who's who" of the best and biggies companies, from Facebook to other tech companies to top ten banks.

Cons

Crazy growth means some chaos. Little policies and procedures are good in a lot of ways, but lack of structure can hurt in some others. Company is generally too slow to make important decisions, like hiring/firing or shifts in direction. Very much a "jump into the deep end" company as there's very little formal training or sales support.

Extremely intelligent company and product leadership. The company is growing in a smart fashion, and is looking to build value for the long-term.

Cons

Growth is starting to outpace the start-up processes that are in place, but management realizes this and is investing strategically to address this.
