Pros

I have never loved working at a company, as much as I love working @RiskIQ. The offices are super-cool, co-workers are really smart and fun, and everyone is passionate about the customers & the projects that they are working on. At their SF HQ office, least once a month is a game night where employees stay late to play board games / card games. Also, every other month there is at least one fun activity outside of work - Point Break Live, Boat Cruise to Angel Island, Field trip to the Exploratorium, and in December a large # of employees are going to see Star Wars Episode 7 on opening day at a nearby theater in SF.

Cons

No cons that I can think of at this time.

Pros

we're super well positioned in the massively growing security industry, so tons of upside as a startup. nice office, nice co-workers, tons of freedom to operate whenever and however you think best.

Cons

it's a startup. things can be chaotic. things move very quickly.

Pros

My role at RiskIQ has been both stimulating and challenging, which is exactly what I was seeking. The entire organization works hard, and genuinely cares about customers and security. No one is afraid to dig in and get their hands dirty.

Cons

RiskIQ is growing fast and faces the same challenges as all start-ups.
